RUA Reports: DMARC Tracker collects aggregate reports on email flows and authentication statuses, without accessing individual email contents.
RUF Reports: We handle RUF forensic reports with strict confidentiality. These reports detail email delivery failures but exclude any content of the emails, including the subject line.
Email Content Exclusion: For both RUA and RUF reports, Netatum Limited does not store or process the content of emails, including the subject lines. We limit our data collection to email addresses and their status in relation to the RUF.
The data collected is exclusively used for enhancing email security and authentication via DMARC Tracker.
No Product Improvement Usage: We guarantee that the data obtained will not be utilized for product improvements or any unrelated purposes.
We implement stringent security measures to protect data, including secure storage, encrypted data transmission, and restricted access to authorized personnel.
DMARC Tracker does not store any email content or subject lines.
Data is retained only as necessary for security and authentication purposes, followed by secure disposal.
Stripe: Stripe handles our payment processing, adhering to their privacy and security policies.
Sentry: We use Sentry for error tracking, with data used solely for addressing application issues.
We regularly review our compliance with applicable laws and standards in email communication and privacy.
