Once the trial period has expired and you have upgraded to a paid subscription, DMARC Tracker does not offer any refunds. We encourage you to take full advantage of the trial period to ensure our product meets your requirements before making a purchase.
If you decide to cancel your subscription after the trial period, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you will retain access to DMARC Tracker until the end of the current billing period.
In the case of an annual subscription, if you choose to cancel before the end of the subscription period, a refund for the remaining months will be provided. However, a service fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs and processing fees.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
